By using ARCANE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

ARCANE is a tarot reading application designed to help with decision-making, self-reflection, and spiritual guidance. It is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are fully responsible for any decisions made based on readings.

Eligibility

ARCANE is intended for users aged 12 and older. By using the app, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Subscriptions & Payments

ARCANE offers subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed within the app. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple for subscription or purchase issues.

User Content

You may input questions and prompts into ARCANE. You are responsible for the content you submit. Content is processed through third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and must comply with their respective usage policies. Do not submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, artwork, card imagery, interpretations, algorithms, and software in ARCANE are proprietary to DomesticPunk. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Service Availability

ARCANE is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to ARCANE for users who violate these terms or abuse the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ARCANE is provided for entertainment and personal reflection. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose. Use at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

DomesticPunk and ARCANE developers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. You assume full responsibility for how you interpret and act on readings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
